Normally, payments are made in two parts. A 50% deposit is required upon signing the project agreement and securing your slot. Then, the remaining 50% will be required upon completion of the project.

We understand that this is a business investment and we are happy to offer flexible payment options based on date (not project milestones). It is our goal to make high-quality design accessible to as many businesses as possible therefore, we can discuss payment plan options with each client that best fit the project.

We do, however, it will depend on our availability at the time. For rushed projects, we will add an additional 25% to the quote as we often have to bring extra resources to the team. We would also appreciate it if you can provide same-day feedback for faster turnarounds.

Price excludes all assets required to be purchased, such as stock images, video footage as well as fonts. For website development, copywriting and specific integrations of external plugins such as booking systems are at an additional cost.

We don’t offer printing services, but once your collateral is created we are happy to help and recommend suppliers you can reach out to. We always prepare your files to be print-ready so it is hassle-free on your end.

Yes, we take pride in working with a global base of clients. We keep our communication smooth and keep in touch leveraging applications such as Zoom, Loom and email.

During our discovery call we will discuss the project start date. This can depend on factors such as our availability, how prepared the content is (i.e. having photos, product, etc ready), as well as the readiness of the client to dedicate the time to the project.

We include 2 major rounds of revisions. We consider major revisions as something that changes outcome to a chosen concept e.g. changing font, tweaking the logo design, changing colour schemes or visual direction. A note that if revisions are excessive (4+ major rounds of revisions), our agreed launch date certainly will be affected.

We provide a 30-day post-launch guarantee for websites we build for you. We will be readily available to answer any questions you may have and to assist if you are unable to figure out how to use any features we have built. To avoid any breaks and bug fixes, we usually do two rounds of testing with you to make sure we have spotted any errors before the site launches. Any bugs found post-launch may not be covered as they can be caused by third-party app integration or Shopify updates to their tools that we have no control over their codebase.
